About Me

Bio savvy living environmental illness low toxicity living healthy

Hello and Thank you for your interest in Bio-Savvy Living.

A lifelong advocate, coach, educator and practitioner in health and wellness, Bio-Savvy Living reflects a vision where together we explore freedom from patterns locking or blocking movement of thoughts, energy, body and passions. We develop mindfulness in approaches to our decisions and create a plan which restores energy and enhances our ability to recognize more fully our natural gifts therefore creating a beautiful blend of nourishing peace and tranquility at the deepest levels while igniting abounding energy.

Keeping in harmony with the Bio-Savvy mission, you can expect a therapeutic environment which is supportive to your health. Many massage products contain harmful preservatives and other chemicals which increase the toxin load on the body. My practice respects the environment within the massage session as well as the quality of the work provided. Therefore, clients have the choice of certified organic and nourishing coconut oil or grape seed oil, food grade organic essential oils, organic linens cleaned in free and clear non-toxic unscented laundry cleaners, tables with no varnishes or toxic padding, no perfumes or talcs, and surroundings with natural non-chemical toxic cleaning products. Please ask for details and locations.

For a complete bio including my educational background see below. For my approach to holistic session practices, and massage therapy styles, simply give me a call, text or send me an email. I look forward to hearing from you.
